This guarantee is limited to the first 30 days following order placement and cannot be applied to additional product purchases other than the Cybefishing Smart Rod Sensor. Customer must return product to the location provided on this page at your own expense. Billing name and address must match Customer shipping name and address. In order to process the refund, email Cyberfishing Customer Service (email@example.com) to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and receive shipping instructions. You will be asked to complete a 30-Day Guarantee Verification Form to be included with your return. This form must include your order number and RMA number. Qualification criteria are subject to change.
Cyberfishing Inc., warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from date of receipt. This warranty applies only when purchase of the product is from an authorized dealer and is for personal or household use, but not when the sale or any resale is for commercial use. This warranty is not transferable.
Note: The warranty does not cover rubber rings.
Should the Smart Rod sensor experience defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period, Cyberfishing will either replace or repair your smart Rod sensor free of charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or refund the purchase price to you upon receipt of proof of payment. should you submit your smart Rod sensor to us for a warranty claim, you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. You bear the risk of loss during shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you fully insure your shipment against loss or damage and that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection. Sensors that show evidence of tampering, misuse, abuse or alteration will not be repaired or replaced. Should Cyberfishing choose to repair or replace your smart Rod sensor during the warranty period, Cyberfishing will pay all shipping and handling charges associated with returning repaired or replacement products to you.
To request warranty service, you must contact Cyberfishing’s Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org during the Warranty Period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further warranty instructions.
This warranty does not cover damages due to alteration or modifications; improper storage; improper use; failure to follow the product instructions or perform any preventative maintenance; use in combination with any products, materials, or systems not provided or authorized in writing by Cyberfishing; unauthorized repair; normal wear and tear; or external causes such as accidents, abuse or other actions or events beyond our reasonable control. The warranty does not cover damage or consequential damage caused by any service not authorized by Cyberfishing inc. This limited warranty terminates if your smart Rod sensor is sold or otherwise transferred.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES. CYBERFISHING LIMITS THE DURATION OF ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY STATE LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TO TWO YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. CYBERFISHING IS NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental, special or consequential damages, so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
