Shipping & Returns Policy

This Shipping & Returns Policy (“Policy”) applies whenever you order or
otherwise receive any products of Cyberfishing Inc through our website  (the “Site”). For purposes of this
Policy, “you” and “your” means you as the purchaser or recipient of
Cyberfishing products.


Domestic Shipping
Please provide us with an accurate shipping address when you place your
order. If you recognize that there has been a mistake in your shipping
details, please contact our customer service team immediately to inform us
of the error and we will endeavor to update your shipping details. We
cannot guarantee updates will be made prior to shipping.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping. Expedited shipping, such as
two-day and one-day shipping, will be billed at the courier’s rate and may
vary based on the amount of each order.

Cyberfishing endeavors to process and ship orders for in stock items within
at most two business days except as otherwise stated in this Policy or as
listed on the purchase page. Please allow additional processing time during
holiday or promotional periods. You will receive an email with your tracking
information and estimated delivery date when your order is on route. Online
tracking may also be available at the courier’s website.

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are considered domestic
shipments, which are sent via USPS. Due to military handling time, delivery
to some destinations may take additional time.

International Shipping
We offer to our customers international shipping all over the world.
We are pleased to offer flat rate (25$US) for standard shipping all over the
world. Expedited shipping, such as two-day and one-day shipping, and both
standard and expedited shipping to any countries outside of the United
States, will be billed at the courier’s rate and may vary based on the amount
of each order.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and
fees (each, an “Import Fee”) levied by your country’s customs department
upon arrival. When ordering from the Site, the recipient of the shipment is
the importer of record and is responsible for any of these Import Fees, as
well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact
your local customs office for more information. Customs fees may be
applied after the package is received. Packages may be held at the local
sorting facility until customs are paid.

We are not responsible for refunds if packages are refused due to high
Import Fees, packages are not picked up by the recipient of the shipment,
packages cannot clear customs due to import restrictions of the destination
country or items are missing because they are confiscated by customs.

Third Party Services and Forwarding

We are not responsible for packages delivered by forwarding agencies,
including the contents or delivery, once the shipment has arrived to the
shipping address provided at time of checkout.

Returns and Exchanges

Domestic Returns and Exchanges
We hope you enjoy your new products but if for any reason any of our
products that you purchased from our Site fails to meet your expectations,
we are delighted to offer free shipping on returns and exchanges that are
shipped from domestic locations subject to the terms and conditions in this
Policy. If you purchased your Cyberfishing product at one of our authorized
retailers, please contact the retailer for assistance. 

If you wish to return or exchange a product purchased from our Site, you
must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number within 30
days of purchase. Please contact our Customer Service by e-mail
at  to obtain a RMA number and mailing
information. You will receive a refund for item(s) returned within 14 days of
the date you obtain a RMA number. 

We cannot reimburse original shipping and handling charges or gift-
wrapping charges. Please include a copy of the original receipt in the
package. If you are returning an item in compliance with this Policy, we will
issue you a full refund to your credit card or other payment mechanism for
the original purchase price of such item. Product replacement or refund will
be issued for authorized returnable items only. Products we receive that are
ineligible for return based on this Policy will not be returned to you and no
credit will be issued for such products. Once your return is received, please
allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed. You will receive
a return confirmation email once your return has been processed. If you
paid for your order using a combination of store credit and another payment
mechanism, the store credit will be refunded first. 

For bundles and product sets, we cannot accept partial returns or
exchanges. The full set is required for a refund. 

Other products that cannot be returned or exchanged include:

International Returns and Exchanges
If you are returning packages or returning or exchanging Cyberfishing
products and are outside of the United States, please be aware that shipping
costs are not covered by Cyberfishing at this time. Please send a request to
Cyberfishing Customer Service by e-mail at to
obtain a RMA number and return instructions. Shipping fees, Import Fees
and any additional fees are not eligible for refunds. 

Except where subject to local laws, please note that returns of packages or
products outside of the United States are subject to all terms and conditions
in this Policy, other than shipping and processing timelines.

Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or not exactly what you
ordered (even if that product is otherwise identified by us as a non-
refundable or final sale product), we will replace such product if you contact
Cyberfishing Customer Service within 30 days of receipt by e-mail
